AUTOMATIC ACTIVATION

AudioVerse HUB is a digital purchase that is automatically activated upon delivery by Amazon so it’s already protected when it arrives at your door. There is no physical shipment for AudioVerse HUB.

PROOF OF COVERAGE EMAIL

You will receive an email from Amazon Marketplace with the AudioVerse HUB Proof of Coverage at time of device shipment. This email will contain your AudioVerse HUB agreement number, attached device serial number, coverage end date and link to the AudioVerse HUB terms and conditions. For gifts, please forward this email to the owner of the device.

EASY ATTACH

AudioVerse HUB attaches to the purchased device, so if its for you or someone else, you can have peace of mind that the coverage will follow the device.

REVIEW COVERAGE DETAILS

Once the device is setup and signed into AppleID, coverage can be reviewed directly on iPhone or iPad in Settings > General > AudioVerse HUB & Warranty. You can also see your purchase through Amazon in Your Account > Orders or reference the AudioVerse HUB Proof of Coverage email.

CANCEL ANYTIME

AudioVerse HUB coverage is a separate order number from your device order number. If you wish to return, you must cancel AudioVerse HUB by contacting Amazon Toll free: 1 (888) 280-4331 within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days you can contact AudioVerse HUB (Used service fees will be deducted from the pro-rated refund for a 2 year plan).
